From the foundation slab to the top of the gable the prefabricated ICON house is protected against energy loss by a 20 cm strong composite heat insulation system. The solid body of the house acts as an efficient energy storage system and keeps the warm air within the house.

Every ICON house is equipped with a modern, energy-saving gas heating and hot water system ex works.

With the ICON house thermal heat pump you can additionally save up to 40 percent of your heating costs. The ICON house provides ideal conditions for the usage of thermal heat pump technology.
