Every ALFA BLUETEC house is based on individual architectural drafts. Dennert develops production plans which optimally consider both energetic and economic efficiency. These plans contain every detail of the house: large exterior wall elements complete with windows and pipes for electrical installation, the composite heat insulation system, ceiling elements with integrated high-tech overhead heating, the staircase and the insulated roof truss.
